The Osborne Association's Youth Action Council created this video in advance of their advocacy day in Albany this past spring.  The YAC called on legislators to make visiting more accessible by passing bills that would require incarcerated parents to be placed in the New York State Prison closest to their children, and to restore the Family Visiting Buses in New York.
